Well, its been a crazy past year but the tenant of apartment A was finally evicted!
Police have been coming through the apartment at various times through the day and night looking for anyone trespassing but it has been quiet for a week.
Wyndham House provides their clients housing and pays the landlord to house their clients.
This morning at 9am, representatives of Wyndham House started the cleanup process of the apartment. It took them 4 hours and a crew of 4 women and at least 4 men with several trucks.
This pile was just the beginning. It grew to cover most of the driveway
This pile of stolen bikes and parts were removed from apartment A along with more stolen bike parts
If you had any doubts as to a stolen bike ring being operated out of this apartment, please have a look closely. This a sample of what was taken out by Wydham House Representatives.
I'm sure had they left the entire pile of stuff outside, you likely would have found some of your property here. There were tools, tool boxes, lawn ornaments and tons of other items. Police were contacted but none showed up to look at the stolen goods.
Speaking with a rep from Wyndham house, I asked if they will continue supplying clients to the landlord of 58 Derry St. Bob Axtmann and they said that they are not continuing the relationship but that they are taking care of the cleanup of the apartment.
It's sad to think that money is being donated to Wyndham House and this is what some of the money is going to fund. To my knowledge the tenant has been moved to another location and is currently not been charged with anything.
